Sharing time, building value: supporting Fondazione Arché

In November, Fondazione Colliers promoted a volunteering initiative that brought together colleagues from CGI and Colliers in support of Fondazione Arché, a non-profit organization that has been providing shelter and assistance to mothers, children and families experiencing social vulnerability for over thirty years.

The initiative took place in Milan and Rome and included ten days of hands-on activities designed to support Arché’s day-to-day work. Volunteers contributed both to the organization of the traditional Christmas charity market, supporting the sale of fundraising items, and to furnishing and assembly activities as part of the renovation of one of Arché’s community homes.

A practical contribution aimed at responding to concrete needs, this experience allowed participants to dedicate time and energy beyond their professional roles, while maintaining the same sense of responsibility and care for the community.

Alongside volunteering activities, Fondazione Colliers continues to strengthen its social commitment through its company match program, which doubles donations made by employees to charitable organizations of their choice.
This initiative highlights the value of shared responsibility and collaboration, showing how collective effort can translate into meaningful, tangible support for local communities.
