Sharing Vision, Creating Impact: Fondazione Colliers among the Founding Members of the JRP Silver Home Assets Care
Fondazione Colliers is among the Founding Members of the Joint Research Partnership (JRP) Silver Home Assets Care, an initiative promoted by Fondazione Politecnico di Milano aimed at addressing one of today’s most pressing societal challenges: the impact of an aging population on housing models, welfare systems and real estate asset management.
In a rapidly evolving demographic landscape, the JRP Silver Home Assets Care forms part of a collaborative ecosystem that brings together universities, institutions and companies, fostering dialogue between different areas of expertise to develop innovative and sustainable solutions. At the heart of the project lies a shared vision: viewing homes for the aging population not merely as real estate assets, but as resources to be protected, enhanced and integrated with advanced services and welfare models.
The Joint Research Partnership model enables a systemic approach, promoting research activities, co-creative workshops and structured moments of exchange, with the goal of generating social, real estate and territorial value over the medium to long term.
Fondazione Colliers’ role as a Founding Member reflects its belief that collaboration, shared responsibility and long-term vision are essential to building meaningful responses to societal change, where innovation, inclusion and sustainability go hand in hand.
